A.C.T. Are a long established family run construction company who are strategically situated in their recently opened purpose built office and operational facility, working alongside its network of suppliers and contractors.

Construction Services in direct competition with other construction companies were successful in securing Sunderland City Council’s Framework contract for Building Repairs and Maintence. This enables Council Departments and/or Schools to directly employ A.C.T. for works covered within this contract.

DESIGN, ESTIMATING AND SERVEYING SERVICES
A.C.T. Construction division can provide all your design, estimating and surveying requirements and offer advice on Health and Safety legislation, particularly with your responsibilities under the Construction and Design Regulation of 2007. We are also offering an estimating service for both the commercial and domestic sectors. We will provide estimates of any size for example £50.00 up to and above £2,000,000.00.

OPERATIONAL SERVICES
A.C.T. Construction has considerable experience of completing day-to-day repairs for domestic, commercial, public and school buildings. We directly employ a diverse range of trades who are experienced in all types of property repairs and maintenance. We are able to provide a speedy and efficient response for all maintenance and repair requirements via our dedicated helpdesk and communication system enabling operational teams to react rapidly to our customer needs.
24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE
A.C.T Construction offers a 24 hour emergency service with managers contactable and trained operatives able to respond to day or night emergency demands.
ADAPTIONS FOR SICK AND DISABLED
There has been a shift in policy towards care for people in their own homes; this does not include only the elderly or the frail. A.C.T. Construction has over the years worked closely with Local Authorities and private householders in providing alterations and adaptions to enable property occupiers better access, showering and living adaptions to maintain their independence for as long as practically possible.
